!!!! SMALL BUT NICE !!!!!! Very friendly service, and very good fresh baked goods.

The Bachbeck café (on the other side of the river) being unfortunately closed, we went back to this place to find a snack. The fact of having to repeat "Hallo" three times to get a vague grumble should have made us flee. Unfortunately we stayed ... The rudeness of the person behind the counter was only matched by his dislike. When I wanted to add a cake to the note (because she did not understand / heard / wanted to hear the "zwei" of my initial order), we were rewarded with a sigh of exasperation that left us stunned . I do not know if this person has a problem with the French or with the basics of his job, but I have never been confronted with such rudeness at a merchant, in any country that I had the chance to visit. And especially not in Germany, where we come to spend our holidays regularly. RUN AWAY ! This trade apparently does not want customers! If it's open, cross the river to Bachbeck, you'll always be welcomed. If Bachbeck is closed ... go your way! (pity that we can not give a negative note ...)

Very bad service and the bread not as fresh as expected

In 3 stays in the region, never encountered a seller so unfriendly and unprofessional. It blows when it places an order, forgets part of it and shows its bad mood .... In short, I invite you to pass your way and continue until Bachbeck, on the other side of Kinzig, where the the quality of the cakes equals the sympathy and professionalism of the staff.

Baked goods weren't all that fresh and the service was less than stellar.
